Procurement & Supply’s:
Through our host of vendors, supply firms and experts in our offices in Libya and in joint with foreign partners, we provide technical and logistical expertise, spare parts, maintenance equipment tools, and other supplements needed for the operating and maintenance.
Aftersales Technical and Support services:
We provide aftersales services to clients that we supply equipment and or spares to either assist to install commission and troubleshooting. The aftersales service is provided either in follow-up a contract in conjunction with the purchase of the equipment/spare or while installation or renovating / upgrading equipment.
It also includes client personnel training and familiarization with the vendor or manufacturer installation and instructions manuals.
