Start Up & Handover
Start Up & Handover
1-Arrange for start up joint meetings with operating and construction head personnel and review HSEQ 2-Verify all debug, short list repairs and replenishments and establish plant units serviceability and QCQA
3- Establish availability of process fluids, controls, conduits and coordinate with plants premises
4-Load and operate equipment, verify performance along process lines, adjust as needed, and stabilize process
5-Introduce operating personnel to the operations and release contractor personnel to process guarantee. 6-Define client acceptance and establish documents and official handover of plant to client.
