FPSO Crane Boom Repairs
Amial was Awarded in Nov 2024, SO 27020, crane boom repair at Aljurf field, the work invloves;
1- Full Sand Blasting of the Crane Boom
2- NDT Inspection of the crane Boom
3- Repairs as recommended by NDT report
4- Coating of the Crane Boom
work was achieved on April 8 2025 as planned and incidents free

Amial Company is now Certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, since August 2023
HSE Workshop April 2024
During the Month of April 2024, Amial held workshop for Maktab Libya LLB, the workshop covered basic safety at the workplace, H2S awareness, Lifting, H2S detectors, and use of the various Breathing Apparatus
Helideck Safety Net Replacement – FPSO
In 2021 Amial Company was awarded Service Order to procure and erect special scaffolding around the FPSO helideck to support the replacement of the Safety Net, new scaffolding was procured by March 2022, and work was started in July 2022, the scaffolding was specially designed to fit the helideck, in addition a special mobile platform was designed to enable the replacement of the overboard sections of the safety net to be replaced, job was completed as scheduled by end of July 2022
Deck Water Seal Repair (IG) System
during the month of October 2023, Amial completed maintenance & repair of deck seal vessel, the work involves sand basting of the entire vessel, full NDT inspection of the inside and outside of the vessel surfaces, replacement of the damaged sections and replacement of the 22" Standpipe section
BD 1 35T Crane Revamp Project
on July 31, 2023, Amial completed the B D 1 35T crane Revamp Project at ALJURF Field the work involves sand Blasting of the Crane Boom, NDT Inspection of Wedl Joints, replacement of two Boom Lattices, followed by second sand blasting and fully painting
